- Refunds, cancellations, and disputes with providers are subject to the provider’s policy, unless otherwise stated by us.

- Interfere with the operation of the Platform.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to DemandDuck. You may not use them without prior written consent.

We provide the Platform “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
